Where all things beautiful collide

I’ve been talking a lot lately about neutrality and texture, but I will always love a good pattern!  When I saw that Carolina Herrera was reissuing some of her best and boldest prints in the form of super wearable summer separates, I was suddenly excited about patterns again.  I instantly remembered a fun dress that Jennifer Lopez wore on the cover of Vogue almost 10 years ago, photographed by my favorite Mario Testino.  It’s Carolina’s ‘Swimming Ladies’ print, which I think is my favorite of the 6 patterns in the Archive collection, ranging from a toile, to a classic floral, to a graphic menagerie of birds.  Pair Hererra’s pretty print shorts and pants with a crisp white shirt à la Carolina herself, and add some strappy sandals to the easy to wear dresses…and done!  Is it summer yet?
